Our specialities
I am a full time licensed real estate broker and REALTOR for the past 41 years. I was the chair of the grievance committee for the San Francisco Association of Realtors and I am still on that committee. I also believe in my business enough that I have purchased income property for my own account plus my home, which is something that always surprises me to find how many agents do not, that would be the first question I would ask a perspective agent. I also do property management on my own property as well as for clients. In addition, I run a Notary business called AAllBayMobileNotary.com and SFTravelNotary.com. SFPete at Pacbell.net is my email. My goal is get the highest amount of money for your property in the shortest possible time, with the least amount of inconveniences.
